We offer high quality support to help children and young people achieve their own individual goals. Our experienced workers are here to support every step of the way.

Support for Children and Young People with SEND

I AM ME Support provides personalised services for children and young people aged 5-19 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Our service includes bespoke educational packages, mentoring, counselling, therapeutic and family support. We work with schools, Local Authorities, EOTAS packages, and parents and carers to deliver the tailored support the child or young person needs.
