We aim to offer family support, recognising the difficulties faced and the emotional impact of supporting children and young people with additional needs navigating often medical, education and other services. We aim for this to be at no cost or minimal cost to parents and carers helping them to complete relevant documentation including EHCP’s, prepare them and support them in attending meetings to ensure their child or young person has the best opportunities afforded to them to thrive that is right for them.
