Once a referral form is completed and support agreed with a start date, you have agreed that funding is in place for the support. Availability is subject to change as days and times offered are only valid for 24 hours following communication. Only when the referring professional/parent has agreed the offer of support is the package confirmed. Basic report writing is included in the hourly rate. If more detailed reports are required for child protection meetings, EHCP as an example  an additional 1 hour will be invoiced per report. We have standard rates depending on the type of support required plus mileage (charged at 45p per mile) and the cost of any additional activities. Small group support will be considered but this will incur additional charges.

If you are unable to make an arranged session 48 hours notice is required or you will still be charged for the session.

Payment must be made in full within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
